General

 

• Owner is to ensure that the dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including kennel cough) plus regular worming and flea treatment

• Owner is to make Taylor and Pooch aware of any behavioural issues that may cause any problems while being walked with other dogs, people etc and Taylor and Pooch will not be held responsible for any damage that your dog may cause (including vet fees and third party claims)

• Emergency contact details must be given prior to starting any service with Taylor and Pooch, if no contact can be made in case of emergency, Taylor and Pooch will consult with the vets and take the best course of action for the dog, the owner will be liable for any vet fees incurred

• Access to the property must be available on the arranged day / time, if access can’t be gained this will be subject to full payment

 

Dog Walking

• Any cancellations for regular spaces made after 4pm Sunday for the following week up to 24 hours prior to the walk will be charged at half the price of the walk

• Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the walk will be charged at full price

• Any permanent cancellations will require 2 weeks’ notice to Taylor and Pooch, failure to do so will require two weeks payment of usual slots taken

• If you require your dog to be wiped down upon return, please leave adequate towels for Taylor and Pooch to use

• Owner is to ensure that the dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including kennel cough) plus regular worming and flea treatment

• The dogs safety will always be paramount when it comes to adverse weather and walks can be cut short to ensure the safety of the dogs

 

Home Boarding

• To secure a home boarding booking with Taylor and Pooch there will be a 30% none refundable deposit required during the consultation, the remaining balance will be required 2 weeks before the start date. If the booking is cancelled within this 2 week period, the full balance will still need to be paid

• All vaccinations will be up to date prior to boarding, including flea and worming treatment

• Owner is to provide everything the dog requires for the full stay not limited too but including, bed, bedding and enough food for the duration.

• Any additional items needed for the stay will be billed to the owner on return

• The owner must provide details of a responsible emergency contact
